• Account data: If you log in with Discord, we receive your Discord username, discriminator, avatar, and Discord user ID. We do not receive your Discord password.
• Character data: Characters and configurations you choose to save to your account.
• Usage data: Basic analytics such as page views and feature usage (no advertising identifiers).
• Email address: If you provide one voluntarily (e.g., for support requests).

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the Site's features.
• To associate your saved characters with your account.
• To send transactional emails (e.g., account deletion confirmation).
• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Our database provider (EU/US servers). Stores account and character data.
• Discord OAuth: Used for login. Discord's own privacy policy applies to the login flow.
• maplestory.io: A community API. We fetch game asset data live; no user data is sent to them.
• Cloudflare: Our hosting provider. Handles traffic and provides DDoS protection.
• Resend: Email delivery for transactional messages.

4. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have rights including: access to your data, correction, deletion, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, use the deletion form below or contact us via the Support page.

California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained until you request deletion. If your account is inactive for 12 months with no login, we may delete it and notify you by email first if one is on file.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Account Deletion

You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data using the form below. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email.
